Let’s face it, nobody has time to make breakfast in the morning..or so you think!
I have 7 healthy breakfast options that all take less than 10 minutes to make! I know the last thing we want to do in the morning is whip up some gourmet breakfast and waste time in the kitchen when we barely have time to get ourselves together!
The one excuse I hear all the time is “I don’t have time to eat healthy”. Can we be real for a sec? You absolutely have time, you just have to make it a priority! You would be surprised at the number of healthy breakfasts you can make with little to no effort!
Stop making excuses!
You don’t have to make these fancy meals all the time. I eat pretty simple like this every day because it’s quick and easy!
Below are options that are nutrient dense with high protein to low carb, so there's something that will fit all of your needs and keep you on track for the day.
Note: You can add eggs to any of these options, I just personally don’t eat eggs so I didn’t include them.

7 Healthy & Quick Breakfast Ideas
This is such a simple smoothie to throw together on your way out the door! The best part about it is it only has 5 ingredients! I hate when I look up a recipe for a smoothie and it has a huge list of 15 things, no thanks!
All you need is:
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple or you could swap it out for banana
1 Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Greek Vanilla (I use the single serve cups but you don’t have too)
1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 handful of spinach
I just throw all the ingredients into my Ninja IQ Blender and boom, breakfast done in less than 5 minutes!
Oatmeal with Mixed Berries
So I have to admit, I’m really not a huge fan of oatmeal but for some reason, this brand BetterOats is SO good. If I have this in my pantry I almost eat oats every single day. If you count macros you will be obsessed too because 1 serving is 18 grams of carbs compared to 40 grams a serving!
They have quite a bit of other flavors but my favorite is the Cinnamon Roll. I just top it with some frozen mixed berries that I heat for around 30 seconds in the microwave and it's delicious! I also love throwing in some nut butter too!
Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Flapjack & Waffle Mix
This is one of my favorite breakfasts! It is a little more time consuming than the others but I had to share this pancake mix with you! There's something about a big stack of warm fluffy pancakes in the morning that starts the day off right! In one serving they have about 14 grams of protein! I topped it off with some Walden Farms Calorie-Free Syrup! You can even add some center cut bacon and eggs if you wanted!
They have a bunch of flavors to choose from, my favorites are chocolate chip and almond poppy flaxseed. They also have on-the-go pancakes, muffin mix, and frozen waffles! If you haven’t checked out Kodiak Cakes yet, you're missing out!
Avocado Toast with Berries
I know people are probably sick of avocado toast so I hesitated to put it on here, but I just love it! It’s so simple and takes 5 minutes to make! I use the wholly guacamole single serve cups because for some reason my avocados always go bad before I use them and it's just easier to scoop it out of the cup(lazy for the win lol)
For the bread, I use the Sara Lee Delightful 45 Calorie bread because for 3 slices it's only 19 grams of carbs! Then I add on the side whichever berries I have on hand such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries!
English Muffin with Sausage and Clementines
This is why I love tracking macros, I can still incorporate all the foods I love into my diet. Who else on a “diet” can eat English muffins? The vegan sausage I use is the MorningStar Farms, I’m not vegan but I prefer this sausage over pork. It has lower fat and higher protein and tastes just the same!
This is a staple for me! I eat it at least 4 times a week! It’s just so easy to throw in a bowl with some almond milk and sometimes I’ll add some berries. I love this cereal because it has 10 grams of protein per serving in it and I struggle to get enough protein in throughout the day, so it just really works well for me!
These are great when you really have no time and are rushing out the door! My favorite bars are the ONE protein bars because not only do they all taste really good, but all the bars have 20 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar! I know it doesn’t seem like it would keep you full but with all that protein it does! You could even grab a banana or an apple to go along with it!
